Larissa Licha is the CEO and Co-Founder of Joyn since February 2023, focusing on providing reliable product progress information for customer-facing teams. Licha serves as an Advisor for the Primary Expert Network, supporting NYC tech portfolio companies, and is a Limited Partner at FOG Ventures, investing in innovative founders. As a member of the Operators Guild, Licha collaborates with leaders across the tech sector. Previously at NextRoll from 2014 to 2022, Licha held multiple roles, including Chief of Staff and Director of Product Strategy, driving cross-functional alignment and technological innovation. Licha's background includes operational roles at arvato Financial Solutions and early experience as a tattoo artist. Education includes a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the National College of Ireland and a degree in Business Administration from Private Business School Pelzl.
