Valentin Kozyrev

Valentin Kozyrev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, marketing, and startup mentorship. Currently serving as a mentor at Startup Wise Guys, Europe's leading B2B startup accelerator, and as the marketing lead at PeopleForce, a rapidly growing HR software company, Valentin also founded Nord Coding OÜ, an interactive design and development agency. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Specialist at Worktel, a corporate office rental platform. Valentin holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Digital Business and a Master of Engineering in Big Data & Business Intelligence, alongside several undergraduate degrees in business studies.
