Henri Batterink

Henri Batterink is a project manager at Projectmanagementbureau Gemeente Amsterdam, responsible for various area development projects including Marktplein Zuid, Bijlmer ArenA, and ArenAPoort since May 2021. In addition, Henri serves as an advisor on mobility and area development at VPRC. Prior experience includes roles at HelloFresh as a damage checker and driver, and an internship at Rijkswaterstaat focusing on urban logistics and mobility. Educational background comprises a Master of Science in Environmental and Infrastructure Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Technische Planologie from the University of Groningen, complemented by Vwo education in Nature and Health. Henri has actively participated in governance roles, including as a Faculty Council member and an external relations commissioner at relevant associations, and served as a secretary for the Pro Geo student organization.
