Milton Cabral

Milton Cabral has extensive experience in the tech innovation ecosystem, currently serving as Cabo Verde Digital PMO at NOSi since January 2020, where involvement includes advising a government initiative aimed at digital transformation and tech entrepreneurship. In addition, Milton has been a Project Manager for SAP Africa Code Week and has held various roles at NOSi, including Head of the Department of Internet and Multimedia, focusing on project management, team coordination, and web development. Previous experience includes a role as Career Accelerator at Global Startup Ecosystem and as Web Designer/Web Developer at Prime Consulting. Milton holds degrees in Systems Engineering and Internet Governance.
