Jess Yuen

Jess Yuen is an experienced advisor and executive coach with a diverse portfolio of clients, including CEOs and executives across industries such as AI, fintech, healthcare, and education. At Jessica Yuen LLC, since November 2017, Jess has specialized in supporting founders, underrepresented leaders, first-time executives, and operations leaders, with backing from leading VCs like YCombinator and Sequoia Capital. In addition to coaching roles at Educe™ and participation as an advisor for various HR tech companies including Ethena and PeopleTech Partners, Jess contributes as an adjunct instructor and founding member of CPOHQ. An alumna of Stanford University and UC San Diego, Jess holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and a dual degree in Economics.
