Sara Josephs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in People Operations and Human Resources. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the South Florida Hub at StartupExperts since 2022, Sara has also been the Founder and CEO of SJ Startup Solutions since 2021, assisting early stage startups in defining their People Operations strategies. Previous roles include Director of People at Vestwell, Head of People Operations at Pared, and Director of People at Socure, among others. With a strong background in organizational development, recruitment, and talent management, Sara played a pivotal role in growing CoEnterprise from 35 to 95 employees as the Head of Talent & Human Resources. Educational accomplishments include a BA in Economics and Environmental Sciences & Policy from Duke University and an MS in Human Resource Management from New York University.
