Ayse Kefli

Ayse Kefli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investor relations, fundraising, and project finance. Currently serving as the Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising at Startupfon since September 2025, Ayse has previously co-founded UnoMoi, where innovative strategies were developed for sustainable growth in subscription clothing rental, achieving USD 600K in pre-seed investments. Ayse held the position of Associate Director at both Neo Themis SARL and Themis Energy by Abraaj Group, focusing on energy project development and management. With a strong background in project finance from TAV Airports, including significant roles in structuring and negotiating financial agreements, Ayse began a career in finance as an Accounting Trainee at Turkcell. Ayse holds a degree from Istanbul University and has a foundational education from Habire Yahsi High School.
