Vahagn Grigoryan

Vahagn Grigoryan, PhD, currently serves as the Head of M&A at Europa Systems since October 2023 and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Startup Benefits and Startup Fundraising since 2021. Vahagn founded Currencii, a B2B currency exchange marketplace, and has previously worked at Nexus Partners Capital as a Partner, focusing on M&A and strategic advisory services. Vahagn has mentored early-stage tech startups at the EPIC - Entrepreneurship and Product Innovation Center and has held roles at Inecobank CJSC and KPMG in project management and audit. Educational background includes a PhD in Public Finance and an MBA from the American University of Armenia, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, and general finance from the Armenian State University of Economics.
