DR. SANJEEVV KHANNA Founder and CEO - Academy for Self Maximization

Dr. Sanjeevv Khanna is the Founder and CEO of Academy for Self Maximization since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President at Patanjali Ruchi Soya starting from April 2016. DR. SANJEEVV KHANNA also held the position of Business Head - North at bigbasket.com from January 2013 to March 2016. Before that, they served as the Head of Supply Chain Management at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry from August 2010 to December 2013. From May 2000 to September 2010, they were the General Manager - Logistics at ITC Limited. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Manager - Logistics at Samsung Electronics, Dy.Manager - Commercial at Honda Cars India Ltd, and Purchase Officer at BILT.

Dr. Sanjeevv Khanna, the Founder and CEO of the Academy for Self Maximization, has a diverse educational background. DR. SANJEEVV KHANNA holds an Honorary Doctorate degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Young Scientists University, which was obtained in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in English from Kurukshetra University from 1984 to 1986. DR. SANJEEVV KHANNA also completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Panjab University from 1981 to 1984.

Additionally, Dr. Khanna has obtained several certifications that have enhanced their knowledge and skills. In September 2021, they completed a Certificate in How to achieve Sustainable Development Goals from the SDG Academy and a Course on Life of Happiness and Fulfillment from the Indian School of Business. In August 2021, they obtained a Certificate for Advanced Corporate Strategy, a Certificate for People Management, and a Certificate for Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. DR. SANJEEVV KHANNA also completed a Certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School Online, a Certificate in The Future of Work from the World Bank Group, and a Managing Responsibly: Practicing Sustainability, Responsibility and Ethics certification from The University of Manchester in July 2021. Furthermore, they obtained a Certification of Membership from Leaders Excellence at Harvard Square in May 2021.

Dr. Khanna holds several professional certifications as well. DR. SANJEEVV KHANNA is a Certified Sustainable Development Professional (CSDP) from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) and has completed a Mini-MBA program from IBMI in May 2021. DR. SANJEEVV KHANNA also completed an Online Proficiency self-assessment test for Independent Directorship from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and obtained a Registration Certificate as an Independent Director from the same institution in May 2021. Moreover, in November 2020, they became a Fellow Member of the Institute of Directors, India.
