Sasha Mykhalchuk

Sasha Mykhalchuk has a strong background in Frontend Development, with experience as a Senior Frontend Developer at Ostro from September 2019 to present, and at StartupSoft from February 2019 to present. At Ostro, Sasha was part of a team that built a multi-services project from scratch, using React with a functional approach. They also developed a storybook for component reuse. At StartupSoft, Sasha held multiple roles including Senior Frontend Developer, Chief Technology Officer, and Technical Team Lead. They were responsible for the technical side of startups, ensuring proper technology selection, code quality, and configuration of processes. They also led a project to develop a high-load social network, utilizing load balancers, Redis cache, and MongoDB for efficient data processing. Prior to StartupSoft, Sasha worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Ykrainci inc. from October 2014 to August 2016.
