Mary Ray currently serves as a Momentumist at MRZ CUBED, providing advisory services for launching and scaling businesses. As a Lead Mentor at StartX, Mary supports a community of Stanford-affiliated founders known for achieving over $120B in valuation. Active in the PEF Community and the Founder Mental Health Pledge, Mary advocates for mental health care within the startup ecosystem. Previously, Mary co-founded MyHealthTeam, which was acquired by Swoop in January 2025, and held the title of Co-Founder and COO at MyHealthTeam since its inception in 2012. Additionally, Mary has experience as a Founding Member of Chief, and a competitive baker with notable achievements in SF Food Wars. Earlier career roles also include co-founding 4delite, a software company, and serving as VP of Marketing & Product at Sony. Educational qualifications include a BA in English from George Mason University and an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary.
