Otto Pohl

Otto Pohl is an experienced communications strategist and mentor with a focus on startups and innovation. Currently serving as a Startup Communications Strategist at Core Communications since February 2020, Pohl provides tailored communications solutions, working alongside clients and through various accelerators, including Stanford StartX. Additional roles include Communications Mentor at StartX and an Adjunct Lecturer at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Previous positions include Director of Communications at Spring Labs, Head of Corporate Communications at Figure, Co-Founder of Lucky Day Discovery, Inc., and a decade of experience with The New York Times across multiple roles. Pohl's educational background includes a Master of Science in Business from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cornell University.
