Nicklas Pavoncelli

Nicklas Pavoncelli is an accomplished professional in the European tech ecosystem, currently serving as Head of Project at StartYouUp, where efforts focus on building the Italian tech landscape through various initiatives, including The Bologna Gathering. Prior to this role, Nicklas worked as a Freelance consultant with Luigi sans Mario OÜ, aiding entities in fostering local innovation, and held the position of Head of Foundation at Startup Wise Guys, dedicated to investing in youth-led community transformation. As Partnership Manager for TechChill, Nicklas established significant partnerships aimed at expanding Italy's tech reach, leveraging experiences from Nordic and Baltic regions. Previous roles include Global Partnership Manager and International Business Developer at TechBBQ, as well as founding president of Jönköping International Student Consulting. Nicklas holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship from Jönköping International Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from LIUC - Università Cattaneo.
