Gautam Raghuvanshi is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across various industries in India. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Starwalkservices since November 2019, Gautam has successfully established call centers affiliated with American clients, creating a workforce of approximately 250 employees across multiple cities. Prior to this, as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Starwalk Ventures Pvt Ltd from January 2015 to November 2019, Gautam led the company to become the largest last-mile delivery partner for major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon, overseeing operations in over 100 cities and managing around 600 employees before a successful company sale under a non-disclosure agreement. Gautam's earlier roles include Managing Director at Siddhivinayak BPO Services Pvt Ltd, which established an international call center, and Director of Sales Marketing Operations at Natraj Cold Storage & Foods Pvt Ltd, where significant supply and manufacturing achievements were realized.
