Mike T. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and technology leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Starwest Botanicals, Inc. since October 2024, Mike previously held multiple senior roles at Flyers Energy, including Sr. Director of Commercial & Operations NA Land and Director of Engineering Operations and Technology. Mike has successfully managed large teams and critical infrastructure projects, implementing strategic initiatives that prioritize data security and operational efficiency. As Co-Founder and CEO of Brikan Networks LLC, Mike provided VoIP telecommunications services, and as Claims Supervisor at Federated Insurance Company, Mike improved claims management processes. Mike's entrepreneurial spirit is also highlighted by owning TTC Enterprises, specializing in website design and consulting. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from California State University-Sacramento.
