Carson Nunnelly

Carson Nunnelly is a seasoned professional in corporate strategy and land development, currently serving as the Managing Director at Starwood Land Advisors since July 2025. Prior experience includes a decade at Hines, where roles progressed from Analyst to Managing Director, focusing on project underwriting, financial modeling, and management of land development projects, with a specialization in single-family lot development across multiple cities. Prior roles at PwC included Senior Associate in Private Client Services, alongside early experience at Marbridge Foundation as a Special Needs Assistant. Carson Nunnelly holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, respectively, from Texas A&M University.
