Clarita Villa

Clarita Villa has over two decades of experience in human resources and management within the hospitality industry, primarily at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Since March 2008, Clarita has served as a Human Resources Manager, following a progression of roles including HR/Benefits Coordinator and Payroll Administrator. Previous experience also includes working as a Contracts Processor at Starwood Vacation Ownership and as an Assistant Manager at Petite Sophisticate. Clarita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu and has completed studies at the University of Hawaii Maui College.
