Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips possesses extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as the Director Of Engineering at Balboa Bay Resort and The Peninsula Beverly Hills, both since 2021 and 2018 respectively. In addition, Michael holds a similar position with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. since 2013 and Westin Hotels & Resorts since 2009. Michael's educational background includes degrees in Major Appliance from Bay State School of Technology, Liberal Arts from Massachusetts Bay Community College, and two degrees in Electrician and Electrical from Peterson School of Engineering.
