Ekua Musumba

Ekua Musumba is an accomplished marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Marketing and Operations Campaign Manager at Starz since May 2023, Ekua has worked on notable projects like BMF Season 3 and has a history of collaborating with prestigious companies such as HBO, where roles included Global Marketing Operations Coordinator. As the Founder and Host of Afrolit since November 2016, Ekua has produced over 100 podcast episodes featuring creatives from Africa and the diaspora. Prior positions include Account Manager at Creeds Collective, Community Engagement and Events Manager at NABU, and various internships that helped develop skills in digital marketing and social media strategy. Ekua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Culture and Media with a focus on Creative Entrepreneurship from The New School.
