Chris Evans has an extensive work experience, beginning in 1994 as an Information Technology Specialist at NASA - Jet Propulsion Laboratory. In 2000, they moved to U.S. Air Force - 3d CCG, where they served as a Deployable Communications Engineer. In 2003, they joined the 92nd Information Operations Squadron (U.S. Air Force) as Chief, Weapons & Tactics. In 2006, they became Chief, Network Warfare Operations at U.S. Air Force, 57 IAS. In 2008, they joined Delta Risk LLC as a Senior Consultant. In 2012, they moved to Delta-Risk, LLC as Vice President, Advanced Cyber Defense, and in 2017 they co-founded STASH | Data-centric Privacy and Security, where they served as both Co-Founder & CISO and Co-Founder & CTO.

Chris Evans received a Master's of Science in Robotics and Automation from the University of Southern California between 1998 and 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1993 and 1997. Additionally, they obtained a CISSP certification from ISC2 in June 2011.
