Janine Darling is the CEO and Founder of STASH Global Inc., a secure data technology company focused on innovative data protection and secure data creation, interactivity, and delivery. Janine is also a 2021 KPMG Finalist: STASH Technology Innovator U. S., 2021 Short List: Cybersecurity Woman of the Year, 2021 Patent Awardee, 2021 CyberDefense Global Award: Most Innovative Ransomless Ransomware Solution, 2020 BLACK UNICORN Awards Top 100 Women in Cyber, 2020 Fortress Award | Quantum-resistant Data Protection, and 2020 SBIR Awardee (2).

Prior to founding STASH Global Inc., Darling was a Member of InfraGard National (INMA) from 2017 to 2020, where they were part of a partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector. Janine was also the Founder of Stash America LLC from 2014 to 2020, where they conducted due diligence, development, iterations, and proof of concept for an emerging data technology company. In 2010, Darling founded Spin: The BUSINESS of Brands, where they were the 2011 Winner of the British Airways Business Leadership Award. From 2002 to 2010, Darling was the Interim President and Chief Operations & Global Strategy Officer at Medallion Retail, where they more than doubled Gross Revenue and increased Net Profit by 50%. From 1993 to 2002, they were the Sr. Director Int'l Operations & Integrated Marketing at Victoria's Secret, where they achieved a 250% business increase to $4.5 billion and received 3 Time Record Revenue Awards for outstanding contributions to unprecedented sales growth.

Janine Darling, CEO and Founder, obtained a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Janine also attended Leadership IQ from 2008 to 2009 for C-Level Executive Leadership and The College of New Rochelle from where they obtained a BA in Communications/Psychology.
