Qiang Li

Qiang Li has extensive experience in machine learning and data science, currently serving as a leader in machine learning initiatives at Stash since 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing teams focused on machine learning platforms and fraud prevention. Prior to Stash, Qiang Li held significant roles at Microsoft from 2010 to 2021, progressing from a Senior Data & Applied Scientist to a Principal Data & Applied Science Manager, contributing to advancements in fraud detection and machine learning infrastructure for Azure and Customer Insights. Earlier career highlights include working as a Senior Data Scientist at HSBC, a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, and software engineering roles in various companies. Qiang Li holds a PhD in Robotics and Machine Vision from Georgia Institute of Technology and degrees from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
