Ryan MacPherson

Ryan MacPherson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at Stash since June 2020, Ryan provides strategic support to the Executive Team and has led significant initiatives to enhance performance, recognition, and engagement programs. Previously, as Senior Manager of Talent Management at Namely, Ryan built talent development strategies and oversaw employee engagement efforts. Ryan's career includes roles at Carbon Black, Inc., where Ryan managed talent development functions, and at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Ryan contributed to HR processes and employee relations.
