Prior to this role, Mangala held the position of General Manager at East West Foods Pvt Ltd from October 1994 to April 2019, overseeing sales, operations, and procurement. With a focus on strategic decision making, Mangala plays a crucial role in foreign food procurement and business development, catering to elite hospitality clients in Sri Lanka.
