Corporate Senior Director Of Business Development at Statco-DSI Process Systems

Brian Tuel has extensive work experience in various leadership and sales roles. Brian is currently serving as the Corporate Senior Director of Business Development at Statco-DSI Process Systems since February 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing the strategic growth of corporate key accounts, aligning their process project needs with capacity growth objectives, sustainability, and efficiency improvement goals.

Prior to their current position, Brian worked as the Vice President of Sales at FCX Performance from October 2019 to February 2021. Brian managed sales processes, developed strategies to exceed sales volume and profit objectives, and implemented sales tactics to grow market share. Additionally, they provided leadership and coaching to account managers.

From June 2013 to October 2019, Brian served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Regional Sales at A&B Process Systems. Brian led the sales and marketing team, managed marketing and sales objectives, developed new markets, and managed fortune 100 key account activities. Brian'sfocus was on growing the client base and executing sales and marketing plans to exceed company growth objectives.

Before that, Brian worked at Pentair Sümö as the Director of Key Accounts from January 2010 to June 2013. Brian managed and grew sales for targeted North American key accounts, specifically in the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries. The products they worked with addressed sustainability goals for corporations.

Brian's earlier experiences include roles such as the Director of Business Development at WEBBER/SMITH Associates, Inc. from August 2006 to January 2010, the Director of Business Development at Gannett Fleming from May 2003 to August 2006, and the Regional Sales/Outside Sales Manager at WGS EQUIPMENT & CONTROLS from September 1992 to May 2003.

Brian also worked at NETZSCH Group as a Technical Sales, Regional Sales, and Market Manager from September 1981 to September 1992. Brian started their career in the US Navy as a Main Propulsion Engineer - Machinist Mate from June 1977 to October 1982, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining various engineering systems on naval vessels.

Throughout their career, Brian has received several commendations and awards for their exceptional performance, including the Navy Expeditionary Medal, Humanitarian Medal, Sea Service Award, and Sailor of the Quarter Award.

Brian Tuel's education history includes attending West Chester in 1982, where they studied Marketing. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1981, they attended the US Navy Propulsion Engineering and Systems Schools, specializing in Main Propulsion Engineering Schools and Steam System Operation. Brian obtained a degree of MM2 in Propulsion Engineering during that time.
