Ilkin Huseynli

Ilkin Huseynli serves as the Acting Head of the Legal Department at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Lawyer at ASAN Service from June 2016 to August 2021 and as a Lawyer at Buta Insurance from November 2013 to June 2016. Ilkin Huseynli has pursued extensive education, including a Master's Degree in Human Rights and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Baku State University, alongside various online courses from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, focusing on contract law, corporate law, and legal aspects of investment ideas. Additionally, Ilkin Huseynli attended a summer school program in Law at the Geneva Graduate Institute in 2015.
