∘ Javid Abbasov

Javid Abbasov is an experienced professional currently serving as the e-Governance Lead Consultant at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan, focusing on e-Governance capacity building and automation of citizen services. Previously, Javid worked as a Project Manager at Ticketsetup and Bakcell Applab, where responsibilities included software solutions ideation and product development management. Early career experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at NRYTN Malumat Hesablama Markazi and Maybo, involving database management and software development lifecycle oversight.
