Fran Talsma

Fran Talsma is the Chief Executive Officer of the State Alliance of Michigan YMCAs since March 2022, focusing on strengthening and supporting the work of Michigan YMCAs through advocacy and collaboration. Previously, Fran served as the Executive Director of the Michigan State Alliance of YMCAs from July 2010 to March 2022 and worked as a Research Policy Advocate at the Michigan Institute of Clinical and Health Research from January 2009 to September 2014. Fran holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and two Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Michigan.
