Joe Zoellner has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Joe currently holds the position of EVP Chief Banking Officer at State Bank Financial, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President - Chief Credit Officer from January 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining State Bank Financial, Joe worked at Coulee Bank where they held several leadership roles. Joe served as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) from August 2019 to January 2022 and as the Wisconsin Market President from February 2018 to January 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Vice President - Business Banking Manager from March 2010 to February 2018.

Joe Zoellner attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2000 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in Finance and Economics.
