Tom Laufenberg has had two main work experiences. Tom started working at Waunabowl in 2000 as a Co-owner. In 2005, they joined the State Bank of Cross Plains as the Vice President of Branch Administration.
Tom Laufenberg attended Madison Area Technical College from 1974 to 1976, where they earned an Associate's degree in Accounting. Tom later pursued further education at the BAI Graduate School of Banking, where they obtained a Diploma in Community Bank Management.
