Chris Karow

Chris Karow currently serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at State Bank of India (California) and is the Chief Executive Officer of Ontogenetics, focusing on innovative solutions in the baby tech industry. With extensive experience as an Advisor to the Board for multiple organizations, including txtsmarter and Safe Sleep Technologies, Chris contributes to compliance archiving and child safety technologies. Previously, Chris spent over three decades at EY, where roles included Partner and Leader of West Region Financial Services Risk Management, playing a pivotal role in risk advisory services for financial and insurance sectors. Chris holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Economics/Accounting and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, along with an Executive Program certification from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
