Mike Deney

Mike Deney has an extensive background in the banking industry, working at various institutions in different leadership roles. Currently, Mike holds the position of President & CEO at State Bank of The Lakes since June 2019. Prior to this, Mike served as an Executive Vice President at the same institution. Before joining State Bank of The Lakes, Mike was a Senior Vice President at Byline Bank from May 2016 to June 2019. Mike also held the title of SVP at First Bank & Trust, Chicagoland from May 2016 to February 2019. Earlier in their career, Mike was the President of Gurnee Community Bank and Vice President of Libertyville Bank & Trust. Mike Deney completed their education at Canisius University from 1994 to 1998.
