With extensive experience managing loan operations and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, Glenda has held various leadership roles across multiple banks, beginning with South Side National Bank in 1985 and progressing through diverse responsibilities in loan administration and compliance. Glenda holds an MBA in Compliance and has furthered professional education through the Graduate School of Banking and the Center for Financial Training.
