Theresa Zaerr has extensive experience in risk management and financial services, currently serving as a Risk Officer and Commercial Credit Officer at State Bank since October 2016. Previously, Theresa worked at The Hartford from June 2013 to October 2016 as a Claims Representative, where responsibilities included analyzing and negotiating bodily injury claims and handling automobile claims. Earlier in their career, Theresa was a General Merchandiser at Meijer from September 2007 to January 2013, providing customer assistance and preparing merchandise for sales. An internship at triPRACTIX in early 2009 involved verifying invoices and assisting with employee file management. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Risk Management & Insurance from Ball State University, attained in 2013, and graduated from New Haven High School in 2009.
