Prior to this, they served as the Director of the Law Practice Management Program at the State Bar of Georgia, where they helped legal professionals leverage technology to build profitable and purpose-filled law practices.

Nkoyo-Ene also has experience as the Principal Attorney at The Effiong Firm LLC, an education law firm that advocates for excellence, equity, and education justice. Nkoyo-Ene is the founder and Chief Edvocate for Change™ at DreamBIGGER Movement Inc., a network of social entrepreneurs committed to solving complex problems in education, health/wellness, and economic development.

Nkoyo-Ene's passion for education and advocacy is evident in their previous roles as a Program Director at Teach for America, where they managed and developed corps members to achieve educational equity, and as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Hamilton Holmes Elementary School in Fulton County Schools.
