Robert Horne

Robert Horne is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in journalism and management. Currently serving as the Communications Manager for the State Bar of Nevada since October 2015, Robert is responsible for writing and editing articles for Nevada Lawyer, coordinating magazine deadlines, drafting practice area guides, and managing various services and fundraising efforts. As a freelance reporter and editor, Robert covers high school sports in Las Vegas and has held editorial leadership positions in multiple newspapers, including Community Newspapers Inc. and The Covington News. A veteran of both the Army National Guard and the United States Marine Corps, Robert also pursued educational advancement, obtaining a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Valdosta State University.
