Jacque Evans

Jacque Evans, M.Ed., currently works as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at the State Bar of Wisconsin since July 2021 and serves as a consultant for Legally Black Tax, LLC. As the Founder and CEO of Empower 2 Change U, Jacque aims to empower and transform lives. Previous roles include Director of Outreach & Schools at the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha, Administrator at Alpha & Omega Transformational Ministries, and Career Navigator at Jobs For Mississippi Graduates. Jacque's experience also includes serving as a Multicultural Affairs Specialist at Blackhawk Technical College, where advocacy for student success and promoting cultural competence were key responsibilities. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Concordia University-Wisconsin, a Bachelor's degree in Human Services/Psychology, and an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Upper Iowa University.
