Kathy Lingle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the judiciary and legal education. Currently, Kathy serves as a Supplemental Court Commissioner for the County of Kenosha, Wisconsin, a position held since January 2010. In addition, Kathy has been a Seminar Hostess for the State Bar of Wisconsin since January 2008. Previously, Kathy acted as the Executive Director of Kenosha County Restorative Justice, Inc. from September 2011 to June 2013, and was a Family Law Attorney at Lepp, Lingle & Zapf, SC from September 1984 to June 2006. Kathy began their legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the County of Kenosha from June 1977 to June 1984. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from UW Madison Law School (1974-1977) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UW Madison (1992-1994).
