Christine Miktarian

Christine Miktarian, PE, currently serves as Vice Chancellor of Operations at State Center Community College District, a role held since August 2006, following positions as Associate Vice Chancellor of Business & Operations and Manager of Construction Services. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Kitchell from 2004 to 2006 and as Project Engineer for DPR Construction from 1999 to 2004, where responsibilities included coordinating auxiliary and low voltage systems for major projects such as the Biogen-Idec plant and AT&T-Worldcom data center. Earlier, Miktarian worked as an Engineer at AT&T and as a Project Engineer at Amec, contributing to notable projects like the San Francisco Opera House and the UC Berkeley Haas Pavilion. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University and a Master of Science in Transportation Management from San Jose State University.
