Janice Zhang

Janice Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and accounting. Currently serving as a Notary Public for the California Secretary of State since January 2016, Janice also holds the position of Senior Financial Analyst at the State Compensation Insurance Fund since December 2019, having progressed through various roles including Lead Accounting Analyst and Accounting Analyst. Previous experience includes a role as Contact Representative at the Social Security Administration and Sr. Accounting Clerk at ML Tax & Filing Services Inc. Janice has also held an Enterprise Procurement Student Assistant position at the State Compensation Insurance Fund and contributed as a Tax Preparer for IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting Data & Analytics from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
