Emma Donovan

Emma Donovan is currently the College Access Communications Specialist at the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, responsible for leading communication activities and marketing strategies for the GEAR UP federal grant program. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Social Media Intern at Christopher Newport University, a Child Care Specialist at Peninsula Community Chapel, a Summer Camp Supervisor at Loudoun County Government, and a Customer Service Representative at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Christopher Newport University.
