Erin McGrath currently serves as the Assistant Director of College Access & PK12 Outreach at the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia. McGrath also holds the title of GEAR UP Virginia Program Director. Prior to this role, McGrath was the WIA Resource Youth Network Project Facilitator at Richmond Public Schools and worked as the Access Programs Manager at the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia. McGrath has a diverse background in education, having taught Spanish and ESL courses at various schools and universities. McGrath is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership at Old Dominion University.
