Scott Fleming

Scott Fleming possesses extensive experience in strategic leadership within the education sector. Currently serving as the Director and Council Member at the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, Scott has previously held significant roles at Teaching Strategies, LLC as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President. Notably, at Strada Education Network, Scott was instrumental as Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer, Chief Commercial and Product Officer, and Senior Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Development. Additionally, Scott served as Vice Chairman at Madison Education Group and held executive leadership at Fishtree as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Scott holds a Master of Arts in International and Area Studies from Brigham Young University, earned between 1996 and 2001.
