Rosen Matev has extensive experience in project coordination, currently holding positions at BILSP since July 2002 and SERC since November 2008. With a Bachelor of Arts in Management obtained from Saint Petersburg State Technical University in June 2002, Rosen has developed a strong foundation in effective project management and team collaboration across various initiatives.
