John Todd has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Digital Channel Management Secure Platform Analyst at T. Rowe Price from October 2010 to December 2015. In this position, they reviewed and proposed enhancements and technology solutions to improve the digital experience for clients. John also served as a product owner on an agile web development team.

Later, John joined SECU Credit Union in January 2016 as a Digital Banking Product Manager. During their tenure, they developed a KPI Dashboard and led the implementation of various technical features. In January 2018, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President, Digital & Payments, where they managed a cross-functional team responsible for digital banking, card and payment services, and member engagement and retention. John also drove the product roadmap and utilized customer journey mapping to improve customer experience.

Currently, John holds the position of Vice President of Innovation and Digital Platforms at SECU Credit Union from January 2021 onwards.

John Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in German, from Washington & Jefferson College between 2006 and 2010. John further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Towson University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, John also obtained certifications as a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in October 2019, and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
