Kathleen Brees is an experienced professional in the digital banking and product strategy sector, currently serving as SVP of Digital Product Strategy for Storefront and Member Experience at SECU since December 2021. Prior to this role, Kathleen held various positions at First Citizens Bank, including VP and Program Manager for firstcitizens.com and Online Account Opening, as well as Internet Product Manager from March 2015 to December 2021. Kathleen's earlier experience includes serving as VP and Product Manager for Retail Online Banking at TD, and holding numerous roles at BB&T, including Small Business OnLine & Mobile Product Manager and Financial Center Leader. Kathleen's career began at Bank of America as a Branch Manager and also includes experience as Owner/President of The Smoothie Factory from June 1997 to April 2001.
