Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at SECU, including Vice President of Member Services Support and roles focused on Member Service Support and Contact Center Operations from June 2009 to March 2022. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Elizabeth City State University, completed in 2009.
