Gilbert Gerst

Gilbert Gerst is the Director at State Fair of Texas. Gilbert was previously with JPMorgan Chase from January 1986 to June 2011 as Vice President, Community Development Real Estate. In this role, they provided construction and permanent financing for affordable housing projects utilizing equity provided through the low income housing tax credit program. Gilbert also provided project financing under the New Markets Tax Credit Program.
