Rudy Martinez

Rudy Martinez currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the State Fair of Texas® since June 2022, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. Previously, Rudy held various roles at Six Flags from August 2009 to May 2022, including Human Resources Administrator, HR Training and Development Supervisor, and Operations Supervisor. Rudy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from The University of Texas at Arlington. Rudy also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Dallas College North Lake Campus.
