Cathy Duvall

Cathy Duvall is an accomplished leader in the fields of strategic planning, philanthropy, and democratic engagement, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Democracy Ascent Advisors since December 2017. Duvall also holds the position of Senior Organizing Consultant for 100% Democracy, an organization advocating for universal voting participation. Previously, Duvall was a Board Member for the State Innovation Exchange and worked as a strategic consultant focusing on clean energy and redistricting issues. Duvall's extensive experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships and National Political Director at the Sierra Club, National Campaign Director for America Votes, and National Field Director at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Duvall's early career involved significant roles such as Campaign Director for Friends of Lois Capps and various positions with The Public Interest Network. Duvall's educational background includes a Master's Degree and a University Diploma in Politics from the University of Kent, along with attendance at Reed College and Mercer Island High School.
